Independent Sales/Consulting Manager for United States, United Kingdom, Ireland and Canada – Position Filled

We are specifically looking for candidates with experience consulting and selling marketing, technology and Internet solutions to the Legal Field Sector.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of sale industry-related experience and possess the skills and talents necessary for the proper execution of the duties/responsibilities listed bellow

Responsibilities:
– Identify clients (Law Firms, Attorneys, Detective Agencies, Bail-Bonds Companies)

– Heavy outbound emails and some calls to prospective clients

– Creates and presents proposals for and to customers

– Cover area: USA, UK, Ireland and Canada – 36 Cities total

– Fields to be covered: 544 legal related
– Identify clients’ needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
– Provide outstanding customer service to existing clients.
– Product Presentations to both existing and prospective clients.
– Time, Task and Opportunity management using proprietary CRM/ excel
– Consistently meets Sales Quotas.

– Goal: 1732 Offices Legal related

Who You Are:
– Articulate and have the desire to succeed
– Ability to work both independently and as a team player

– Excellent written and verbal skills

– Have sales background or sales experience
– Enthusiastic, take initiative and follow direction as needed
– Sharp Driven, highly organized and efficient
– Genuinely want to help clients grow their business

Benefits:
– This is a full time Independent Sales Position

– Work your own hours, from your location

– Training available to the right candidate
– Compensation: Commission of $100.00 per client. A possible of $173 000.00 per year (requiring)

– Yearly Bonuses base on sale quota achievement up to 10%
